Descriptions
The main body of SZG series double cone roating vacuum dryer is double cone tank, steam or heat water inside sealed jacket can heat the inner shell in vacuum state, the hot transferred from inner shell to dump material. Make moisture vaporize from material. The tank is rotating by the motor with low speed, the material is moving up and down, inside to outside along, at the same time vapour is taken out continually through vent-pipe by vacuum pump, increase the speed of dryer, attain the purpose of uniformity drying. It is in comformity with the requirement of GMP.

Principles
◎Let heat source (for example, low pressure steam or heat conduct oil) pass through the sealed jacket. The heat will be transmitted to raw material to be dried through inner shell;
◎Under driving of power, the tank is rotated slowly and the raw material inside it is mixed continuously. The purpose of reinforced drying can e realizd;
◎The raw material exists at the state of vacuum. The drop of team pressure makes the moisture (solvent) at the surface of raw material become saturation and will evaporate. The solvent will be discharged through vacuum pump an drecovered in time.The inner moisture (solvent) of raw material will infiltrate, evaporate and discharge continuously. The three processes are carried outunceasingly and the purpose of drying can be realized within a short time. 

Features

1.Because of drying in vacuum, it has high speed under low temperature, it's drying speed has raise 2 times, save sources, and the heat efficiency is high, especially adapt material which is heat sensitive and easy oxdiated.

5.The strcuture of the equipment is tight, occupy small area, operate simple and save work force.

6.Custom can section stepless regulation (6-10r/m) and step regulation (6-10r/m), it is easy to adjust drying capacity and adapt different requirement.
